Did everyone have a fantastic Memorial weekend? I had such a relaxing time with family and friends, complete with a glorious tan.
I hate to be the “detox” person but I feel like I’ve fallen off the health wagon and been rolled over by bad habits as of late.
It’s time to rejuvenate myself, in a healthy way! I’m dedicating myself this week to moderation and nixing sugar. Please don’t freak out on me, I promise it’s more about making smart choices and being less lazy about the snacks I grab on the go.
I’ll be loading up on tons of fresh fruit and veggies.
