When “the godfather of fitness” gives advice, you better listen. Jack lived to the ripe old age of 96, a living testament of what health and fitness can do for your body.

For a healthy, happy and fulfilling life, Jack recommends:

  1. Adequate exercise
  2. Healthy nutrition
  3. Positive thinking
  4. Cultivate good habits
  5. Groom yourself well
  6. Smile
  7. Have an erect posture
  8. Help others
  9. Find time to relax
  10. Never lose faith

Simple. True.

I’m a big fan of smiling. “I just like to smile, smiling’s my favorite!” And I am still making googly eyes at his guns. Jack was jacked indeed.
