Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego? Final Edition

What a summer, what a week. This time last week I was running lake shore in Chicago, now I’m running the beach shore in Florida. Blessed doesn’t describe it. How fortunate I have been for this incredible summer. I’m still coming off my Healthy Living Summit buzz. The friends, the meaningful conversation, the stories, the pictures, the parties, etc., wooh! If I learned anything from last week:
– Be good to yourself.
– Organization can save your sanity.
– Make sure you’re camera ready when you are around a zillion people with cameras that you know post pictures online.
– Per my dietitian consultation, I should probably cut back on weekly wine intake, but that is not something that is going to happen.
– There is a little runner in every single one of us.
My parents have been nothing short of amazing for watching this joker right here all summer (thanks Norak and Daddy-O)

Celebrating someone’s birthday. That someone is one of my besties. She’s turning the big 2-2. OK, maybe not 22, but a lady never reveals her age.
